Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • No service work has begun

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Application review has started

  • Documents have been edited or evaluated

  • Guidance or instructions have been provided

  • Appointments or submissions have been scheduled

  • Government or third-party fees have been paid

  • A visa or passport application is delayed or refused

Visa Outcomes

Visa refusals, delays, or additional government requirements do not qualify for refunds, as these decisions are outside our control.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in service termination and account restriction. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using documented service activity.
