No. Our service fee and the government/consular fee are shown as separate amounts at checkout. In most cases, we collect the government fee as a pass-through so we can pay it on your behalf during submission. If a visa requires you to pay the government directly, your agent will tell you clearly during the process.

You receive login details for your VisaSavant Portal.
You complete your questionnaire and upload any required documents.
An agent reviews your submission and may request clarifications if anything is missing or unclear.
Once everything is ready, we submit the application (where applicable) and keep you updated.
If the visa is issued, we’ll send you the result and next steps (how it’s delivered depends on the issuing authority).
