FAQ

Are you an official government website?

No. VisaSavant is a private company and we’re not affiliated with any government. We help you prepare and submit visa application information and documents to the relevant issuing authority (where applicable), based on that authority’s published requirements.

No. We can’t guarantee approval. We review your information and documents for completeness and submit them as required, but the final decision is always made by the issuing authority.

No. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. If you need legal advice for your situation, you should consult a qualified attorney.

VisaSavant is registered in the United States. Our official business details are available on our contact page and in our Terms/Policies.

We get it — it can feel long. The reason is simple: most visa applications require a lot of specific details, and the requirements vary by country and visa type. We ask for the same categories of information the issuing authority typically requests so your application can be submitted correctly and without delays.

We only ask questions that are relevant to your selected visa type, and we use your answers to:

  • Prevent missing details that can cause rejections or “request for more information” delays

  • Make sure names, dates, and document details match your passport exactly

  • Prepare the application in the format required for submission

If something feels unclear or you’re unsure why a question is needed, you can contact us and we’ll explain what it’s used for.

You can reach our team through our Contact page or by email at support@visasavant.com. Including your order number would assist with providing targeted help.

No. Our service fee and the government/consular fee are shown as separate amounts at checkout. In most cases, we collect the government fee as a pass-through so we can pay it on your behalf during submission. If a visa requires you to pay the government directly, your agent will tell you clearly during the process.

  1. You place an order and pay the applicable fees.

  2. You receive login details for your VisaSavant Portal.

  3. You complete your questionnaire and upload any required documents.

  4. An agent reviews your submission and may request clarifications if anything is missing or unclear.

  5. Once everything is ready, we submit the application (where applicable) and keep you updated.

  6. If the visa is issued, we’ll send you the result and next steps (how it’s delivered depends on the issuing authority).

Our refund policy is available on our Policies page. In short, refund eligibility depends on whether processing has started and whether any government fees have already been paid. Please review the full policy here:
